GRAND RAPIDS – When Krysta Cashen started Tae Kwon Do in November of 2013, she had no idea of the world it would open up. Krysta, 16, and her father Kevin, will be competing in the State Games of America on Saturday at the DeVos Convention Center in Grand Rapids in the Tae Kwon Do event. The national event will feature more than 1,200 athletes from 42 states.
