DeVos Place Convention Center
Seated along the Grand River this convention center has a 162,000 sq ft, column free exhibit hall that divides into 3 halls. There's also a 40,000 sq ft ballroom with seating for 2,560. Other meeting spaces tequal 35,000 sq ft and have 21 sub dividing options. Facility has underground parking and connection to downtown hotels via skywalk.
Douglas Walker Park
Open from May 1st to October 31st this park offers space for almost any event. Baseball, softball, and soccer fields make this park a great area to hold sporting events and the park serves as a trailhead for the east branch of Kent Trails. This 81 acre park also features a year round heated facility for multiple occasions and events.
Eagles Ice Center
Eagles Ice Center is a newly remodeled ice arena that is home to the Calvin College Men’s hockey team, Grand Rapids Christian High School and the Grand Rapids Blades. It offers one NHL sheet of ice, seating for 1,000, concessions, and newly remodeld locker rooms. The ice center is just minutes from Frederick Meijer Gardens, movie theater, restaurants, shopping, hotels, and the airport.
Earle Brewer Park
This park in Byron Center offers a 36 hole disc golf course and numerous soccer fields among other courts and areas for any outdoor activity or event. There are also sets of playground equipment, basketball courts, volleyball courts, hiking trails and more. An onsite covered shelter and restrooms make this space perfect for any event.
East Kentwood High School
Falcon Stadium is a state of the art facility, which features a football field with artificial turf, a premier Track and Field venue with 9 lanes, and seating for over 7,500 fans. Egypt Valley Country Club
Located on the outskirts of Grand Rapids, Egypt Valley Country Club’s home to two beautiful championship level 18-hole golf courses. Fairlanes Family Entertainment Center
Home to 40 lanes, Fairlanes offers leagues, cosmic blowing, group events, and much more. In addition to bowling, customers have the opportunity to take advantage of four pool tables and a full arcade. Fairlanes has a bar/lounge area which offers a large range of beverages and food. Outside of the bowling fun, Fairlanes also offers meeting spaces for parties, meetings and reunions.
Fifth Third Ballpark
Fifth Third Ballpark is one of West Michigan's premier venues for a variety of events and home to the West Michigan Whitecaps. Besides baseball games, the ballpark has played host to a variety of outside events including concerts, trade shows, carnivals and more.
Located on the campus of Calvin College, the 36-acre Gainey Athletic Facility includes a cross-country course, 12 tennis courts, 3 softball fields, 2 baseball fields, 2 soccer fields, a concession stand, and courtyard. The facility has parking and is in close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and hotels.
Georgetown Ice Center
Opened in 2004, Georgetown Ice Center is the home to the Grand Valley Stars youth hockey association, GVSU Men’s and Women's ice hockey, Jenison, Grandville & Hudsonville high school hockey and many adult leagues. The Ice Center has two sheets of ice, remains open year round, and features SK8’s Hockey Pro Shop and B.C. Pizza.
Grand Rapids Christian High School - Eagle Stadium
Renovated in 2008, Eagle Stadium boasts a turf field, bleachers, an eight-lane track and locker rooms. A private event deck was built overlooking the field, above the new concession stand. The two-year-old Eagle Stadium earned the distinction of serving as the only MHSAA site for both a state semifinal game as well as the state final games in girls' soccer.
