Online registration is closed. Onsite registration will be available at Greenleaf Distributing (201 N. Park St. NW Grand Rapids, MI 49504)!
The USATF sanctioned and timed race will start by Greenleaf Distributing on North Park Ave. and utilize the Fred Meijer White Pine Trail and will then tour the Nite Lites display at Fifth Third Ballpark. See Course Map for further details. Click here to download the course map.
Participants registered before November 11, 2013 at midnight will receive a race T-shirt. T-shirts and participation awards are not guaranteed for anyone who registers after this date. Participation awards available to the first 1000 paid entries. See Awards
Please note: Some of the trail used by the Yule Run is lit by ambient light so you may enjoy the Nite Lites display and sparkle of the night sky. If this worries you, please plan ahead and bring a headlamp. Also, the trail covers multiple surfaces including gravel, grass and pavement.
This is a family event! Please feel free to bring strollers, wagons, etc...

Credit cards, Cash and checks made out to the West Michigan Sports Commission are accepted.
Onsite registration does not guarantee a t-shirt. The on-site entry fee of $40 will include the following: timing, aid stations, participation gift (supplies limited), Nite Lites display and the possibility of a Santa sighting!
Packet Pick-Up
Packets will be available for pick-up on race day Friday, November 15th from 12:00PM - 6:45PM. The race starts at 7PM at:

Course
There will be a 5K course as well as a walking option: Click here to see the course map.
Spectators
Spectators can watch the race along the White Pine Trail (near the Start/Finish line) or by the main entrance to Fifth Third Ballpark. Parking for spectators at the ballpark entrance is available at AJ's Family Fun Center or the Park & Ride lot next to the off ramp of 131 and West River Drive. Spectators can line up along the Nite Lites display, but may not go through the display without paying the participation fee.
Volunteers
The Yule Run, I'll Walk 5K would not be possible without the help of volunteers! Volunteer opportunities involve setting up the course, registration, traffic control, water stations and more. If you are interested in volunteering please send an email to ktigchelaar@westmisports.com.
Angel Tree - 2012
When you donate a gift to the "Angel Tree Program" your name will be entered to win one of 2 high visibility jackets (up to $100 each in value) courtesy of Brooks!
The Salvation Army will be on-site collecting new toys / donations for the "Angel Tree Program" and offering free hot chocolate and hot apple cider. Toys should be new, unwrapped for children and teens (infants to 16 years old).
Proceeds
This is a fundraising event. All proceeds will go to the West Michigan Sports Commission a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization.
