MLive.com: $10M in grant contracts from Kent County to benefit youth development programming

GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Kent County has secured contracts totaling $10 million in federal stimulus funds to benefit young people throughout the county.

The dollars will help fund agricultural educational programming, an expansion of a drop-in youth center, financial literacy and workforce readiness programs, an expansion of the Meijer Sports Complex and more.
